The NDTwin research, development, and maintenance team is led by Prof. Shie-Yuan Wang of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (also affiliated with CITI, Academia Sinica). Its members come from researchers and engineers specializing in networks, simulation, digital twins, and AI/ML.
